“DTF printing,” which stands for “Direct To Film” printing. DTF printing is a method used in the world of textile and apparel printing. It’s similar to Direct To Garment (DTG) printing but with some differences in the printing process.
In DTF printing:

Image Transfer: An image is printed onto a special release paper or film using a DTF printer. This image can be quite detailed and colourful.

Film Layer: The printed film is then transferred onto a garment, typically made of cotton or a cotton blend.

Heat Transfer: The garment and film are pressed together with a heat press machine. The heat helps the ink on the film to adhere to the fabric.
Peel and Finish: After the heat press process, the release paper or film is peeled off, leaving the printed design on the garment.

DTF printing has gained popularity due to its ability to produce high-quality and vibrant prints on textiles, including dark-colored fabrics, and it’s often used for custom apparel, like t-shirts, hoodies, and other clothing items.
