What are MDF sheets?

Then we make MDF panels by applying high temperature and pressure to the fibres, along with a wax and resin blender. MDF is usually denser than plywood.

Types of MDF sheets

Coloured MDF Sheets

Single Side MDF Sheets

Best Way to cut MDF Sheets
- Take a large table and place the large MDF sheets on it. Draw or make your design on the MDF sheet. Keep the table sturdy so that it is easy for cutting mdf sheets.
- Now there are two types of cuttings on MDF sheets straight and circular cuts. To make straight cuts, use a circular saw blade and for curved cuts, use a jigsaw with a bi-metal blade.

How to sublimate MDF
- Edit your photos or designs with editing software. Now, print them on sublimation paper.
- Take an MDF sheet and stick the sublimation paper to it. Use heat tape to do this as it keeps the paper in place.
- Adjust the settings of the flat press machine as per the need. Place the MDF sheet in the heat press machine and sublimate the designs.
